XIV international choral festival "Young Voices-2012" will take place from 26th till 29th of April, 2012 in Nizhny Novgorod city, Russian Federation where the participation of foreign choirs together with the Russian choirs is supposed.
Choral music festival is one of the most popular forms of young people collaboration for the best moral and esthetic traditions preservation. The cheerfullness, noble feelings and the students desires could be shown in the special bright way during the artistic expressions such as songs performance, dancing and playing music.
The XIII festival of student choirs "Young Voices-2012" which had started to take place here in Nizhny Novgorod in 1983 and had become the traditional one from that time, has the mission to favour the popularisation of the choral art between young people, creative growth and creation of the new art collectives in the universities of this country.
Example of the permanent attention and active position in the esthetic education of the students is the activity of N.I. Lobachevsky Nizhny Novgorod State University (chancellor E. Chuprunov, president R. Strongin). The approval of that is the festival "Young Voices-2012" which is taking place thanks to the comprehensive support from NNSU.
We hope that the festival "Young Voices-2012" will become uncommon cultural event in our city and will serve the cause of pure soul keeping and high intentions of wide audience.
